• Returns & Refunds



  • Goods purchased online may be returned to Lock in a box for a full refund or exchanged within seven (7) days, provided they are in a saleable condition complete with all packaging and has not been fitted and are accompanied by an original receipt or tax invoice. Customers are limited to two exchanges within the seven (7) day period.

  • Faulty good & accessories where the seal has been broken, or products that do not meet the description may be returned up to ninety (90) days after the despatch date. A Return Authorisation must be obtained via Customer Service before a reply paid postage shipping label can be issued.

  • Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned to lock in a box for refund or exchange within twenty-eight (28) days of the despatch date if deemed unsuitable. Returned hardware must contain every component part (including all parts and screws in a un- open pack ) and include all packing materials in their original condition before the product can be accepted as a return.
